1. Order Process

1.1. How Do I Place My Order?

Simply select your preferred style on the product page, click the "Add To Cart" button, and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

Once placed, we will process your order and notify you when it's on its way!

1.2. How Long Will It Take to Ship My Order?

  • Production Time: 5-10 business days, as all our products are made-to-order.
  • Shipping Time: 7-20 business days for successful delivery.

Orders are shipped on business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.

1.3. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs may vary depending on the logistics situation. Prices may be higher during peak seasons due to increased demand and limited supply.


2. Discount Codes

2.1. Why Canโ€™t I Apply My Discount Code?

Here are a few common reasons why your promo code may not be working:

  1. The code has already been used (discount codes can only be used once).
  2. The code was not entered correctly (try copying and pasting it).
  3. The code has expired.
  4. The code is only valid for certain products (ensure you're purchasing the right item).

If none of the above apply and your code still doesnโ€™t work, please contact us at support@glintsy.com with a screenshot of your shopping cart and promo code for assistance.

2.2. Can I Use Multiple Discount Codes on a Single Order?

No, only one discount code can be applied per order.

2.3. I Forgot to Enter My Discount Code.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot apply a discount or issue a refund for the difference.


3. Payment

3.1. What Types of Payment Do You Accept?

We currently accept:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Debit Cards: Debit cards with Visa or Mastercard logos. (Prepaid debit cards must be registered before use).
  • PayPal: A secure and easy way to complete your purchase.

3.2. When Will My Card Be Charged?

Your card will be charged immediately after your order is successfully placed.

3.3. How to Pay with Credit/Debit Card?

Follow the steps on our checkout page to securely complete your transaction.


4. Modify & Cancel Orders

4.1. How Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours after purchase. After that, they are locked for processing and cannot be changed.

To request a cancellation or modification, please email support@glintsy.com immediately.

4.2. How to Change the Shipping Address?

You can modify your shipping address within 2 hours after purchase. After that, we are unable to make any changes.

If your package has already been shipped, we recommend contacting your local post office to update your delivery details.


5. Order Status

5.1. Why Havenโ€™t I Received an Order Confirmation?

Order confirmations are sent automatically via email after purchase. If you havenโ€™t received one, check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still donโ€™t see it, contact support@glintsy.com for assistance.

5.2. How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped (after 5-10 business days of processing), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

5.3. My Tracking Number Isnโ€™t Working.

Tracking numbers may take 2-5 days to appear in the carrierโ€™s system. If the tracking still doesnโ€™t work after a few days, please contact us.

5.4. My Packageโ€™s Tracking Information Hasnโ€™t Updated.

Shipping updates may not appear while the package is in transit. Updates will resume once the package arrives at a transshipment facility.

5.5. My Order is Late.

If your order has not arrived after 30 business days, please contact us at support@glintsy.com for further assistance.

5.6. My Tracking Says โ€œDelivered,โ€ But I Havenโ€™t Received Anything.

Carriers may leave your package in a safe location such as:

  • Mailbox
  • Porch
  • Garage
  • Exterior doors

If the package still doesnโ€™t arrive within 2-3 business days, please contact us.


6. Delivered Order Issues

6.1. I Received a Wrong/Defective/Incorrectly Printed Item.

Please contact support@glintsy.com with photos of the incorrect or damaged item. If the issue is due to our factoryโ€™s fault, we offer two options:

  1. A free replacement with the correct items.
  2. A full refund to your original payment method.

6.2. Why Was My Order Shipped Separately?

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to:

  • Different warehouse locations.
  • Different production timelines.
  • Shipping weight limitations.

Separate shipments do not incur extra shipping costs. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.


7. Other Issues

7.1. How Secure Is My Personal Information?

We use SSL encryption to protect your payment details and personal information. Your credit card data is encrypted and not stored after the transaction is completed.
